Responsible for leading a team of electrical design engineers in the development of electrical solutions for our organization. Your role will involve overseeing the design process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality electrical designs that meet the needs of our organization and our clients.
Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level)
Several years of experience in electrical design engineering, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, and practices, with a focus on applying them in real-world design projects.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical design engineering.
Familiarity with software tools and technologies used in electrical design engineering, such as CAD software, simulation tools, and project management software.
