The Creative Producer owns the end-to-end management of the creative project lifecycle, from intake to delivery. They maintain a deep understanding of the project requirements/scope, manage internal & client expectations, create & communicate timelines and costs, create & manage creative project tasks and confirm that project scope and client expectations have been met when the project is complete. They are the master coordinator between all parties involved within a creative project (Developers/Designers, Technical Producers, Campaign Managers, Client Success Managers), When necessary and capacity available, the Creative Producer should be able to version basic to intermediate creative and manage version updates via the Innovid platform.
What You'll Do:
- Project Management Focusing on simple and intermediate projects
- Manage project scope, resources, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
- Day-to-day execution management
- Collaborate with commercial on estimate/SOW creation
- Timeline generation and updating through project
- Collaborate with Technical Producer for all new frameworks
- Document project scope and share with client
- Development project task creation and submission
- Confirm development deliverables met project requirements and scope
- Provide deliverables to client
- Creative project point of contact
- Client facing for scoping and on-going project management
- Understanding of Ad Serving creative capabilities
- Day-to-day interaction with partner resources
- Version dynamic creative through Creative Manager (CrM) / Excel methods including the use of inline styles to adjust layouts where necessary.
This role supports US-based accounts and work may be required on a few Buenos Aires public holidays per year when they fall on US business days. Special holiday pay rate will apply and the day worked will be able to be taken off at another time.
What Youll Need:
- 3+ year working in client facing project management roles
- 3+ year working in a creative role or ad tech role
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal staff, partner resources and external clients
- Knowledge of the typical creative process between designers and developers and how to manage the creative process
- Ability to translate client requirements/expectations into actionable items for designer and developers
- High attention to detail
- Project planning - Risk identification and management throughout projects
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level understanding of feeds and API structures
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- High level understanding of any of HTML5, CSS or JavaScript
- Ability to use Excel features for efficient population of data in excel sheets
