
Yahoo Ads is seeking a Canada-basedCreative Solutions Lead to support international markets and lead the development and delivery of innovative branded content, partnerships, and creative solutions across Yahoo’s owned and operated (O&O) properties. This individual will play a critical role in helping advertisers connect with Yahoo’s premium audiences through insight-driven, content-led programs that span editorial, video, digital, experiential, and emerging media experiences.
As a strategic partner to Sales, you will lead the development of custom proposals, RFP responses, pitch presentations, and creative concepts from pre-sale strategy through post-sale execution and optimization. Leveraging audience insights, advertiser objectives, and Yahoo’s content and media capabilities, you will develop compelling narratives and integrated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for clients across Canada and international markets.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, sales, and execution, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Editorial, Production, Marketing, Design, Product, Analytics, and external vendors. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on project lead, overseeing programs from ideation and presentation through production, launch, optimization, and reporting. This includes managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, sourcing and managing vendors, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence while meeting client and business objectives.
Success in this role requires a highly collaborative, consultative, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders across regions, time zones, and disciplines. Strong storytelling, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a passion for developing innovative advertising experiences that showcase the full power of Yahoo Ads' O&O ecosystem.
