At Four Seasons, we are driven by a commitment to exceptional service and experiences. The Residential Salesforce Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing Salesforce applications that enable our Residential business to deliver on that promise.
This role blends business insight with technical expertise, leveraging a strong understanding of residential operations, development, marketing, and sales to optimize Salesforce solutions. The Analyst will contribute to the continuous improvement, performance, and scalability of Salesforce capabilities that support both internal teams and ultimately the resident experience.
Working collaboratively across Residential Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, as well as external partners and the broader Four Seasons IT organization, this individual will help translate business needs into thoughtful, effective technology solutions. The role is integral to ensuring Salesforce platforms are well-supported, continuously evolving, and aligned with the high standards of service excellence that define Four Seasons.
This role is based in our temporary location of 20 York Mills Rd, then the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Residential Technology. This role involves interactions with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels
