We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Cross-Functional Liaison & Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and knowledge flow across the organization. You will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and disseminating key information to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between departments, teams, and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and initiatives, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on action items
Identify and resolve communication gaps or process inefficiencies across teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support change management efforts by ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged
Knowledge Management
Design, implement, and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to capture and share organizational insights
Develop and curate documentation, SOPs, best practices, and process guides
Ensure knowledge assets are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across teams
Analyze knowledge gaps and recommend solutions to address them
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report on cross-functional project progress, risks, and outcomes

The salary range for this position is:
