Job Description Summary
This role is based in Finland and is both field and office based. The Customer Engagement Director (CED) leads Healthcare Managers (HCM) and is accountable for the national Customer Engagement tactics and brand performance. The CED focuses on ensuring outstanding engagement with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and decision-makers across therapeutic indications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of engagement tactics to drive brand performance across therapeutic indications.
- Manage and allocate resources to optimize impactful product and therapeutic area knowledge delivery.
- Train, coach, and develop the Customer Engagement team to meet performance targets and enhance expertise.
- Foster continuous improvement and cultivate an inspired, unbossed culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tactics effectively.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to align brand narratives with healthcare priorities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Report technical complaints and adverse events related to products promptly.
Desirable Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Natural Science and/or Business/Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of diverse experience in sales, medical, marketing or customer management.
- Proficient in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience leading teams and understanding of Finnish healthcare system.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth through innovative activities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and market competitors.
- Experience across different therapeutic areas is a plus.
