Key responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service efficiently and professionally, following documented procedures.
- Liaise with third party suppliers and other Maersk offices globally.
- Continuously seek new ways to improve customer service and business efficiency.
- Process documents accurately and timely in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Produce reports and statistics including client KPI reporting.
- Monitor third party supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support clients in problem-solving by understanding their business and challenges.
- Identify challenges in clients’ supply chain and suggest process optimization solutions.
- Attend client and internal meetings as needed.
- Participate in supply chain management projects and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
