About the Position
Were currently looking for a Customer Management Specialist based in Heraklion, Crete to join our fantastic team!
In this key role, youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including one of the largest retail chains in the area. Your daily routine will include visiting existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
To succeed, youll negotiate contracts, act as the link between our company and the customer, and analyze sales data to plan your visits effectively - daily, monthly, and quarterly.
Youll work toward both quantitative and qualitative targets, ensuring our brands are well represented in stores according to marketing guidelines. Youll also handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and payment terms.
Youll be responsible for preparing and submitting sales contracts and keeping accurate client records. Additionally, youll present quarterly reports and share results for your area of responsibility.
