Customer Cares Representative

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation Range: $19/hr - $21/hr

The Customer Cares Representative will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by timely resolving concerns between customers and the dealerships. The CCR will demonstrate Lithia & Driveway's mission and core values with humble confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a liaison between the customer and dealership
• Take incoming calls from the Lithia Cares Hotline and field incoming cases to correct departments
• Input customer concerns into the CRM queue
• Respond to customer and third party inquiries, following up within 48 hours to ensure communication and resolution
• Trend and track customer concerns in the Salesforce program
• Develop continuous improvement plans for the dealerships by documenting observations and tracking concerns
