
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative position at the City of Tucson’s Police Department engages with community members while providing exceptional customer service to members of the community and the department. They are responsible for the maintenance, verification, research, and analysis of impound vehicle releases and reports.
Work is performed under the supervision of the Impound Lot Supervisor. This position does not supervise.
