Essential Responsibilities
- Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
- Conduct vehicle condition assessments for customer appraisals.
- Receive vehicles shipped to CarMax and perform daily inventory reconciliation.
- Perform cosmetic inspections according to CarMax Quality Standards.
- Handle administrative duties including reports, paperwork, finance communication, and cash management.
- Manage service appointments and repair order invoice accuracy.
