We seek an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Success Manager to facilitate smooth implementation of our products and drive future account growth. You'll act as the voice of the customer, collaborating across product, engineering, and sales teams to maximize customer value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for multiple North American customers
- Manage customer lifecycle from post-signature through ongoing support
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between deployments, product, and sales teams
- Ensure customer production planning aligns with robotic system capabilities
- Optimize customer utilization of our robotic systems across accounts
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Up to 30% travel to customer sites
- Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at executive levels
- Customer-obsessed with passion for driving product value and growth
