Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems remotely or onsite.
- Repair complex system-level problems with no standard procedures at customer sites.
- Represent the company and take accountability for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure operational quality and coordinate with customers to minimize downtime.
- Assist Installation Engineers in problem resolution.
- Prepare field service reports and document recurring problems.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by resolving complex issues.
- Contribute to knowledge capturing, reuse, collaboration, and improvement.
- Manage return materials authorization (RMA) processes promptly and accurately.
- Handle critical technical issues and coordinate with system engineering teams onsite.
- Travel approximately 20% after training; responsibilities include office and onsite support for projects and demos.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree with 0 years related experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience.
