Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Work under supervision of Manager or Senior CSE to update, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing operational quality and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Evaluate and diagnose technical problems by phone or onsite, repairing and updating equipment to enhance customer production.
• Prepare field service reports and assist with quotes for customers, including labor, travel, and parts.
• Assist and guide Installation Engineers during installations and dismantling of demonstration machines.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge capture, reuse, collaboration, and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience or equivalent.

Base Pay Range: $28.23 - $44.81 per hour

Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA
