世界最大級のデータセンターを運営する当社で、ITインフラの根幹を支える重要なポジションです。お客様のビジネスを支える「現場のプロフェッショナル」として、物理的なネットワーク• インフラ作業を中心にご担当いただきます。
【主な業務内容】
- データセンター内での代行作業
機器の運搬• 搭載、ケーブリング、目視確認など、お客様の依頼に基づく作業 - ネットワーク配線作業
- お客様の入館対応
- 書類作成などの事務業務
- ※情報処理やソフトウェア業務ではなく、物理的なネットワーク• インフラ作業がメインです。

【応募資格】必須条件- 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル（JLPT N1相当）
- ビジネスでの英語使用経験
- 社会人経験1年以上（業界• 職種不問）
- 体力に自信がある方（業務の半分以上は体力仕事）
- 外国籍の方は「技術• 人文知識• 国際業務」ビザ必須
- 業界未経験• 第二新卒歓迎
歓迎条件- サポートセンターでのオペレーション経験
- 営業• 接客経験を活かしてIT業界へキャリアチェンジしたい方
- IT業界でのビジネス経験（ヘルプデスク、インフラ運用など）

【勤務時間】シフト勤務（月16日前後）
