JOB TITLE:Data Management Manager
SALARY: £67,023 - £74,470
LOCATION(S): Leeds, Edinburgh, or Halifax
HOURS:Full-time, 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
Whatyou’llbe doing
This role involves a key responsibility in advancing how data is handled, governed, andappliedacrossthe Group. You will work alongside data management colleagues tomaintainalignment with Group standards andassistin following internal data policies and external regulatory frameworks, including BCBS239, which is critical for this role.
You’llplay a role in improving data quality and governance through data analysis, producing clear reports, and seeing opportunities to improve how data is captured, managed, and applied to aid better decision making. This involvesfacilitatingfull data lineage, supporting data quality improvements, and helpingestablishconsistent processes and controlsthat supports internal and external compliance.
