SEO Scholars is a free, eight-year, academic program that transforms public high school students in New York City, San Francisco, North Carolina, and Miami into college graduates. SEO Scholars successfully educates and mentors students to and through college. 100% of Scholars are accepted into four-year colleges, 85% of Scholars graduate with a Bachelors degree, and 80% are first-generation college graduates. POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the Research & Evaluation (R&E) team, the Data Manager leads projects and processes across multiple teams within the national SEO Scholars program (High School Scholars and College Scholars), ensuring consistent, efficient, and accurate data collection and management. The position supports database design for Salesforce and integrations between Salesforce and other scholar data systems like Brightspace. The position works with various teams to gather business requirements for database selection, design, enhancement and integration, and works with key stakeholders like the IT department, to translate them into efficient and effective solutions that meet organizational needs. The Data Manager participates in collaborative efforts throughout the year to collect, manage and report on data to support the continuous learning and improvement cycles of diverse teams. The Data Manager builds reports and dashboards for various audiences and trains and consults with teams to build their own. The Data Manager is a highly motivated and collaborative leader with the ability to successfully manage multiple high-level responsibilities, and a commitment to providing opportunity to underserved high school and college students.
