What will you be responsible for?
- Leading the end-to-end integration of our new Prague Distribution Centre
- Managing relationships and performance of our 3PL logistics provider
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Coordinating with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, IT, Production, and Logistics teams
- Ensuring operational readiness, inventory accuracy, compliance, and service excellence
- Acting as a key stakeholder across a highly matrixed international organization
What are we looking for?
- Experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
- Proven 3PL management experience
- Strong project management background, ideally involving warehouse implementations, transitions, or logistics transformations
- Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement and operational production experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- SAP/WMS exposure
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
- Experience in pharmaceutical logistics is an advantage
