The Digital Inside Sales within Accenture Operations is focused on advertising products using outsourced tele sales operations. In partnership with marketing, we drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls.
As PPSM Senior Manager you will manage the delivery of a program or contracted service to meet schedule, budget, quality and service level requirements. Manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders. Track, measure and report project costs, performance issues and risks. Manage financial, contractual and operational commitments in alignment with contract and cost management targets as well as plan and manage resource staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead and support a Sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth.
Business Operator:
- Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/ benefit analyses.
- Leading high-performing teams while orchestrating complex, cross-channel digital strategies for market-leading brands.
- Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.
- Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs.
- Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, sales training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients and deliver client asks.
- Coaching and mentoring supervisors/ Managers to enable them to effectively manage their teams.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with Sales supervisors.
Policy Adherence:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate. Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to improve DIS review processes and identify areas for enhancement.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving challenges.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams to align review practices with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
- 12 years overall experience.
- Extensive expertise in scaling digital operations and maximizing ROI.
- 7 years of relevant experience in performance Marketing, growth marketing and Digital Inside Sales.
- Master's degree (preferably in marketing or business) or equivalent experience with digital solutions sales for over 1 year.
- Minimum required English level: C1+
