The Opportunity
As a Digital Assurance & Transparency- Workday - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as Workday and other business applications. Within our Audit and Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. You will evaluate compliance with regulations, including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of information for various stakeholders.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing others to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
Leading teams in the assessment and management of risk and controls during business transformation projectsGuiding clients through the implementation of large-scale digital solutions such as Workday, SAP, and OracleAnalyzing and identifying interactions between system components to optimize business processesTaking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectationsCoaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zonesUtilizing IT General Controls and ERP security knowledge to enhance client transformation journeysReviewing work to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous improvementAddressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issuesUpholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with SOX and audit guidancePromoting innovative solutions and leading practices to improve client service deliveryWhat You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, FinanceDemonstrating proficiency in Business Process Improvement and IT ControlsUtilizing strategic questioning to drive business transformationExcelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performanceEmbracing change and innovation in digital solutionsAnalyzing complex systems for improved audit and assurance processesDeveloping skills in SOX Compliance and Security Control AssessmentThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
