About the Role:
Join QBE as a Digital Learning Lead shaping the future of leadership with global digital learning experiences. You'll design and develop engaging digital assets such as primers, videos, and microlearning content to support leadership development. This hands-on creative role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create human-centered, culturally relevant learning materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning assets supporting leadership development
- Create engaging primers, videos, and microlearning content
- Simplify complex ideas into accessible formats aligned with QBE's brand
- Advise on optimal media and formats for effective learning delivery
- Apply human-centred design and design thinking principles
- Collaborate with global stakeholders for culturally attuned content
Requirements
- Proven digital learning design experience for leadership or people development
- Strong instructional design skills and portfolio demonstrating behaviour change
- Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and eLearning platforms
- Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI to enhance learning
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for impactful learning creation
