The Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing Center of Excellence Audience Strategy & Community Team is responsible for developing fan-first editorial, social engagement, and creator strategies across flagship brand platforms representing Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Walt Disney Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Disney+, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures.
This team manages community engagement, UGC and creator sourcing, campaign execution, and digital cultural relevance through deep audience connection and integration into wider digital storytelling workflows.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain monthly community engagement calendar.
- Execute daily community engagement tactics including outreach, surprise & delight opportunities, and UGC sourcing.
- Collaborate for community engagement ideation and execution aligned with brand and campaign strategies.
- Write engagement-focused copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Stay current on digital trends, fan behaviors, and platform innovations to inform strategy and execution.
- Manage UGC, premium mailers, creator content and coordinate approvals and delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external teams for content development and amplification across digital channels.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years social media or community management experience within consumer-facing media or global brand.
- Strong writing and copyediting skills with clear understanding of brand voice and tone.
- Familiarity with digital trends, fandom culture, and social platform best practices.
- Experience managing editorial calendars and approval workflows.
- Passion for storytelling and community listening.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and familiarity with social platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok.
- BA or BS in Journalism, Film, Marketing, or relevant field, or 5+ additional years experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AirTable, Smartsheets, Zendesk, Sprinklr, Creator Studio, Keynote, Google Slides.
- Experience in brand entertainment marketing or streaming services.
- Familiarity with theatrical campaign marketing and brand marketing.
