BeOne is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing in Market Access Strategic Marketing to lead and develop digital marketing strategies aligned to market access priorities. The role involves collaboration with global teams to leverage digital platforms, manage a customer website, and ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. The candidate will handle operational tactics including budgeting and contract negotiations, incorporate outcome studies into campaigns, and understand complex healthcare provider dynamics. The position requires strong interpersonal, communication, leadership skills, and experience in biotech/pharma digital marketing and market access, particularly in oncology.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with Market Access priorities.
- Collaborate with Global Omnichannel team to leverage digital platforms and assets.
- Lead content development and maintenance of the external Market Access website (BeOneEngage.com).
- Ensure digital materials meet business and compliance standards via Promotional Review Committee (PRC).
- Manage operational activities such as contract negotiations and budget management.
- Incorporate outcomes studies into nonpersonal communication campaigns.
- Understand healthcare provider dynamics and market access landscape.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, life sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years biotech/pharma experience with 7+ years in digital marketing.
- Specialty pharma (oncology) and competitive product launch experience preferred.
- Market access experience with health systems, IDNs, or oncology practices preferred.
