MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Endovascular Marketing Director is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive portfolio growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement across the endovascular business. This role defines the long-term commercial vision, ensures alignment with organizational priorities, and translates clinical, customer, and market insights into differentiated value propositions and impactful go-to-market strategies. The Director partners closely with Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, and global stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy for the endovascular portfolio, including upstream and downstream marketing activities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
- Drive product lifecycle management, including launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization
- Lead development of compelling value propositions, messaging platforms, and market access strategies aligned to clinical and economic outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D) to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives
- Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics
- Oversee product launch excellence, including commercialization readiness, training, and demand generation
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive field adoption, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders
