WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Join RBC’s AML IT team in Toronto as a Director of Engineering & Build, where you’ll lead the development and innovation of mission-critical solutions for client screening, transaction monitoring, and investigations. This role is a unique opportunity to partner closely with the AML business unit, driving high-quality, scalable technology solutions that combat financial crime. You’ll guide and nurture cross-functional teams, leveraging a modern tech stack (Hadoop, Snowflake, Java/Scala, DB2, OpenShift, Azure) to deliver robust, future-proof systems. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, fostering innovation, and making a tangible impact in financial services, this role is for you.
