We're looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to own and optimize League's demand generation engine. This is a pipeline role, not a brand awareness role. You'll set strategy and build and run campaigns yourself comfortable with the full stack from search and paid media to email and content-driven demand.
You'll build and run integrated demand generation programs across digital channels, with an eye toward expanding into account-based strategies over time.
This role reports into Marketing leadership and works closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to drive qualified pipeline.

We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the roles posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, youll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
