As Director of Information Technology at Justworks, you will own the vision, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT services. Youll lead teams responsible for end-user support, corporate network and collaboration platforms, endpoint and asset management, and AV - ensuring Justworkers have seamless, secure access to the tools they need to do their best work.
Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Security and IT Services, you operate as a trusted partner in strengthening Justworks security posture through sound IT architecture, disciplined operations, and thoughtful governance. Through close partnership with our Engineering, Product, Revenue, Operations, and Corporate divisions, youll shape an IT organization that can scale with business, enable innovations, and stay grounded in Justworks values.
You are a strategic, people-first technology leader who blends deep expertise in enterprise IT with a strong sense of operational discipline and empathy for the employee experience. Equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and rolling up your sleeves to solve complex operational challenges, you bring a pragmatic, >Total Rewards @ Justworks.
