Rocket Growth Seller Experience and Growth team has the mission to provide Coupang sellers the utmost convenience of selling and offer Coupang customers the best available selection at the lowest possible price, building best in class seller facing capabilities and services. We are seeking an experienced hands-on, senior leader as a Director of Software Engineering to join us to take our growth engineering strategy to the next level. This technology leader should have a proven track record of designing and building large-scale distributed systems preferably with a background in the E-commerce space, and be an active contributor towards product vision and development. You will be a team leader who will lead the development for improving Rocket Growth's scalability, reliability, availability, extensibility, and performance. As we continue to scale and innovate, you will be working in a fast-paced environment along with a team of smart and passionate global engineers to design and implement various systems to meet the needs of the Rocket Growth business.
Preferred Skills:
Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
