Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to shape and scale the future of our Diligent Entities solution. A critical requirement for this role is handson experience building and working with AIpowered products or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS solutionsyou will be the driving force behind embedding intelligent, valuecreating capabilities into our portfolio. As the product leader for our AI strategy, you will define the vision, guide the roadmap, and translate customer problems into innovative, highimpact product experiences.

In this highly crossfunctional role, you will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and all customerfacing teams to deliver worldclass AI solutions. Youll also directly engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, uncover new opportunities, and ensure we bring forward intuitive, trusted, and scalable products. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also a passionate people leader committed to developing and empowering a highperforming product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Diligent Entities AI suite, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering ownership, accountability, and strong execution.
• Prioritise and manage the product roadmap using a combination of market analysis, competitive insights, customer feedback, and business outcomes.
• Serve as the crossfunctional leader partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver innovative and adoptable product capabilities.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to uncover workflows, pain points, and trends, translating insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Drive the endtoend product lifecyclefrom problem definition and user stories to feature prioritization and release managementensuring highquality, timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, applying datadriven insights to continuously optimize outcomes and guide future enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience building and working with AIpowered products or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS solutions (nonnegotiable).
• Extensive product management experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS environments, with a track record of scaling successful products.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problemsolving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex customer, market, and regulatory inputs.
• Demonstrated experience writing technical and functional requirements.
• Proven success working within agile development methodologies.
• A datadriven mindset with experience using analytics to prioritize work and drive measurable customer value.
• Strong people leadership experiencebuilding, coaching, and leading highperforming product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and nontechnical audiences.
