Drive supplier identification, qualification, and performance under dynamic conditions, managing suppliers effectively even when initial engineering requirements or scopes are evolving.
Aggressively compress lead timesturning standard 6-month industry timelines into rapid turnarounds without sacrificing quality or system reliability.
Own supplier quality engineering, inspection, validation, and qualification processes, utilizing DFMEA and quality standards to proactively mitigate part failure risks.
