To fuel this next chapter, were looking for a Director, Planning and Performance for the Global Partner Organization who is equal parts strategist, operator, and change-maker. This is not a maintenance role. This leader will serve as the operating partner to the VP of the Global Partner Organization, helping drive alignment, execution, rigor, and follow-through across a complex, fast-moving team.
This role is for someone who can bring order, judgment, and momentum to ambiguous problems, and who knows how to orchestrate work across multiple leaders without needing formal authority over every outcome. In many cases, this person will not be the sole doerthey will be the coordinator, connector, and closer who ensures the right work happens, by the right people, at the right time.
The impact of this role will be significant. This person will help drive closer alignment and unity across the team, increase operating productivity, represent the Global Partner Organization in the right forums, and reduce the number of balls dropped by bringing stronger planning discipline, follow-through, and preparation into the business cadence.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
