About The Position:
The Director, Print Ad Sales is responsible for maintaining, growing, and selling print and related cross-platform advertising solutions for the Health & Pharmaceutical vertical. This role serves as a strategic partner to agencies and clients, developing revenue-driving programs that align advertiser objectives with brand opportunities. The role is accountable for meeting or exceeding revenue goals, growing share of market, and maximizing profitability across assigned business.
This position works closely with management and internal partners to identify new business opportunities, respond to market challenges, and develop strategic sales approaches that unlock growth with both existing and prospective advertisers. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling, polished client communication, thoughtful use of research and sales materials, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Hybrid 3x a week- New York, NY: In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Team:
The Advertising Sales team partners with agency and client stakeholders to deliver strategic print and integrated advertising solutions that connect brands with high-value audiences. The team focuses on revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term client partnerships by combining category knowledge, consultative selling, and target="_blank">hr@people.inc.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $145,000.00 - $170,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
