Director, Program Management, Finance Merger and Acquisitions Integrations

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Merger and Acquisitions Integration Program Director to oversee the planning and execution of finance-led integration initiatives across the enterprise. This role will serve as a key orchestrator of cross-functional efforts, ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities with a strong focus on financial alignment, operational readiness, and system enablement.

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• A minimum of twelve years experience of hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Master's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience in program management, finance transformation, or Merger and Acquisition integration
• Excellent documentation and communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, global environment
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and operational processes
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $159,000 to $226,000 (highly experienced).
