About the Role

As the Director of Data Analytics for Recruiting, you'll sit at the intersection of talent strategy and data intelligence, transforming raw hiring signals into the insights that power one of the most consequential recruiting organizations in tech.

Your Impact
- Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on recruiting intelligence, competitive talent analytics, and workforce insights
- Partner with Recruiting and ES leadership to define metrics, forecast trends, and deliver strategic recommendations that influence hiring decisions at the highest levels of the organization
- Build and scale analytics infrastructure - including automated data systems, dashboards, and intelligence pipelines that surface competitive signals in real time
- Drive the vision for agentic analytics workflows - architecting AI-powered tools that crawl data repositories, predict emerging talent trends, and generate tactical, rel="noopener noreferrer">Accommodations Request Form.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.The typical base salary range for this position is $171,200 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $205,800 - $298,400 annually.The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
