
Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales to be part of making that happen. The Director, Sales leads and manages a high-performance team of quota-carrying Account Executives to drive sales.
Location: will work remotely, but must located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States (Pennsylvania, Virginia, DC, Maryland, etc)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performance team of sales individuals to drive business.
Monitoring, reviewing and coaching AE calls and processes
Maintain and manage weekly sales activity
Develop training materials to onboard and develop new hire AE team
Promote team development by collaborating internally on hiring, on-boarding, and on-going professional development of all assigned staff.
Assist in the execution and creation of new sales and marketing strategy.
Keep current on AWN product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points.
Skills and Requirements:
Previous Sales Management experience
10+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
Technology sales history with a significant amount of outside sales experience
Lead and manage a high-performance team of sales individuals to drive business.
Monitoring, reviewing and coaching AR calls and processes
Maintain and manage weekly sales activity
Develop training materials to onboard and develop new hire AR team
Promote team development by collaborating internally on hiring, on-boarding, and on-going professional development of all assigned staff.
