
The Director, Sales Mexico, is responsible for developing and executing the market sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen Brand Ambassador engagement, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline across Mexico. This role leads a team of Field Development Specialists while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience to deliver a consistent, localized field experience that drives enrollments, retention, activation, and rank advancement.
Success in this role requires a highly visible leader who thrives in the field, builds trusted relationships, and inspires action through coaching, education, recognition, and strategic execution. By combining regional events, leadership development, and virtual engagement, this leader will help relaunch and expand one of Plexus' highest growth opportunities. This position requires up to 20% travel throughout Mexico and full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
