The Role
Genmab is looking for a pragmatic and impact-driven leader to head Operational Excellence (OpEx) within Technical Operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement across TechOps-enabling scalable operations and reliable delivery from development through commercial supply
In this role, you will establish and lead a lean, cross-functional Operational Excellence capability, focused on standardizing ways of working, improving performance and driving continuous improvement across TechOps.
You will work across CMC (ADC CoE, Product Development, Dev & Manufacturing), Supply Chain, and QA/QC, with a strong focus on end-to-end processes and interfaces, particularly in an externally managed manufacturing network.
You will report to the Head of TechOps Strategy and Business Effectiveness and collaborate closely with TechOps LT and functional leaders to embed a performance-driven culture and scalable operating model across the organization.
