Your Opportunity
Are you passionate about supporting people with disability to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals? We are seeking a compassionate and capable Disability Support Worker to join our team supporting NDIS participants with higher support needs in our service in Orange.
You will play a vital role in supporting participants with complex care requirements to live safely, with dignity and as much independence as possible. Working in a residential setting, you will provide hands-on support across daily living activities while building strong, respectful relationships with participants.
You’ll work closely with participants, families, carers and other professionals to deliver person-centred support in line with individual NDIS plans, while ensuring care is provided safely and in line with Mission Australia’s values and policies.
This is a permanent night shift position, rostered Sunday to Thursday, from 10:30 pm to 6:36 am.

Requirements for Success
Willingness to complete required compliance checks including police and Working with Children Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, NDIS Worker Screen, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
