Report to Korea regional distribution sales manager and lead demand creation activities in distribution business, especially for industrial & IoT vertical marketUnderstand key requirements from markets & customers and capture growth opportunities in distribution accounts.Plan & execute strategy to exceed market growth and hit high sales targetWork closely with NXP product BU/BL & CAS teams to provide NXP distributors necessary support to identify & win new businessJob qualifications :
BS/MS Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/Computer EngineeringMinimum 5 years of sales experience in high tech or semiconductor industryGood understanding of overall distribution sales process (Sales FCST, DW Funnel and Inventory management)Good understanding of MCU/MPU & peripheral products and Industrial & IoT marketsGood command of MS Office tools (PPT, Word & Excel) CRM tools like ModelN or SalesForce.com experience is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean & EnglishStrategic thinking, passion to win, enthusiastic and self-motivated personality. Must be a strong team player!
