Position Overview:
TheSpecialist, Document Complianceis the key link between the Driveway Care Centerand the Driveway customer for all paperwork processing. This is a seniorcustomer service &administrativeserviceposition that focuseson creatinga timelyand seamless experience for our Driveway customers. This is achieved through communication of entire process with customer,validatingcompleteness of supporting documentation,andpreparing all deal related paperwork.
This position will be the primary point of contact for our Driveway customers as it relates tothedealpaperwork and processes. This position is also responsible for coordinating vehicle availability with the selling dealershipas well as handing off fully executed Driveway deals to therespective Dealership Accounting team.
Location: 1504 Route #1, N. Brunswick, NJ 08902
Schedule: 8:00am -5:00pm; 40 hours a week, will include a rotational Saturday shift.
Compensation Range: $16.82-$31.25/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
