
Key Competencies
1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in embedded software development for automotive electronic control units (ECUs), preferably in powertrain or vehicle dynamics domains.
2. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
3. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and demonstrated experience applying MBD workflows in production automotive projects.
4. Hands-on expertise with industry-standard CAN communication tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape), including CAPL scripting, measurement, and diagnostic log analysis.
5. Familiarity with fundamental motor control modulation techniques, including sinusoidal pulse-width modulation (SPWM) and space-vector pulse-width modulation (SVPWM).
6. Practical experience implementing ASPICE-compliant development processes (e.g., SWE.1–SWE.6), with familiarity with process assessment and evidence documentation.
7. Prior involvement in the development of PHEV, HEV, or BEV powertrain control systems is highly desirable.
8. Experience in the application of IGBT and SiC power semiconductor devices, including thermal management and protection strategies, is a plus.
9. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under time-sensitive and high-stakes project conditions.
10. Willingness and ability to undertake short-term domestic or international travel to provide on-site technical support at customer or supplier locations.
11. Good in English, with verbal and written communication skills.
