As Sr. Marketing Manager – Surgery (EAGM Region) at GE HealthCare, you will play a pivotal and strategic role in driving regional marketing excellence for the Surgery (OEC) portfolio across both direct and indirect markets. This role requires the ability to flex seamlessly across B2B and B2C dynamics, tailoring marketing approaches for clinicians, hospital executives, procurement groups, and channel partners.
Job Description
You will serve as the marketing right hand to the three regional cluster leaders—supporting them with business analytics, monthly operating reviews, annual marketing planning, and disciplined follow‑through on commercial programs. You will lead digital marketing, product lifecycle activities, market intelligence, commercial enablement, congresses, and customer programs across the EAGM region.
Strategic Partner to Cluster Leaders
- Act as the primary marketing partner for all three cluster leaders, contributing to monthly operating reviews with insights, progress updates, performance metrics, and proactive recommendations.
- Develop and align annual marketing plans with cluster strategies, ensuring execution discipline with continuous follow-up.
- Provide real-time visibility on trends, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership decisions.
Business Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Conduct analysis of SFDC funnel trends (stage movement, win/loss, cycle time) to identify obstacles and propose corrective actions.
