We study employee interactions, trends and changes to better understand our employees experiences. Usually, we begin with a question, challenge or idea related to our companys workforce trends. Your role involves taking those hypotheses and determining how to best understand them through structured research and data analysis. As a Employee Insights Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be gathering, analyzing, and presenting data about employee experience and workforce trends, in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver unique insights about the organization. Our job is to dig into the trends, changes and nuances that exist amongst Consumer and Community Bankings global population. The journey often starts with a hypothesis or a question. Your job will be to collect, synthesize, and present data we need to dig in to key research topics, and to maintain responsibility for tracking and reporting on key metrics that inform senior leaders decision making processes.
