This full-time, paid Co-op program is designed for engineering students to work on challenging, real-world assignments and gain hands-on experience while developing leadership and professional skills. Opportunities are available across Mechanical, Computer, Software, and Electrical engineering disciplines in departments such as Product Development, Testing, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Co-op Program Details:
- Full-time paid internship aligned with academic semesters (Fall, Spring, Summer)
- Work closely with a Co-op Program Manager and a peer mentor
- Participate in leadership development, networking, and community activities
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Computer, Software, or Electrical Engineering; completion of freshman year required
- Strong academic record
- Self-motivation, ownership, accountability
- Teamwork and independent work skills
- Leadership demonstrated through extracurricular involvement
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, complex environment
- U.S. work authorization required
Location & Hours:
- Valley City, OH (Cleveland Area)
- 40 hours per week, full-time during school semesters with specific start/end dates
