About the Role
As an Enterprise Franchise Account Manager, you will work efficiently with large franchise groups to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.
What You'll Do
Navigate multiple relationships both internal and external to build strong relationships with Uber's enterprise franchise stakeholders.Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.Sell marketing solutions, new products and negotiate business terms.Build and cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships within all parts of an organization.Increase your product sense. Ability to make product experience not just good, but amazing.Analyze data to provide detailed recommendations and solutions.Travel for negotiations, presentations, and relationship buildingSpeediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. Be a self-starter and collaborative leaderBasic Qualifications4+ years of full time professional experienceBachelor DegreePreferred Qualifications5+ years of full time professional experienceExperience in a client facing sales / performance-based role, managing goals and targets.Experience with in person presentationsExperience with SalesforceExperience with negotiations, contracting and commercial conversationsPrevious experience working with enterprise or mid-market-sized accountsExperience manipulating data to make decisions and recommendationsExperience working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externallyFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$85,500 per year - USD$95,000 per year.
