Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead project delivery, client conversations, and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external.
- Lead the team of experienced resources and guide teams on project execution as per planned timelines.
- Lead solution design and implementation aspects ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints.
- Coordinate effectively with client organizations to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Lead EPM application design and assess project requirements to identify best solutions.
- Identify business development opportunities using own network within and outside the firm.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and drive client presentations to secure business opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements, and execution approach for EPM opportunities.
- Work independently on business development and project delivery from onshore/offshore as needed.
Experience Required:
- Functional experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or SAP Group Reporting (GR).
- Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A processes.
- Experience in data and master data governance.
- Strong background in finance transformation projects and multiple lifecycle implementations.
- Experience managing teams of 8-10 resources.
- Open to cross-country relocation.
