The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team and stakeholders across the organization to support the organization's risk management and compliance programs. The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst plays a key role in responding to risk assessments, collecting and maintaining audit documentation, identifying potential risk areas, implementing controls, and preparing reports in support of the risk management program.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by assisting the ERM team with identifying top risks and trends, creating risk forecasts and action plans, and developing risk management reports for meetings with senior leadership, relevant risk committees, and the Board of Directors.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of Enterprise Risk Management policies, practices, standards, and programs.
Support corporate insurance and business continuity programs by conducting risk assessments when needed and responding to risk assessments when received.
Assist with the coordination of the department responses to risk assessments and data security questionnaires, as well as collecting or compiling supporting documentation.
Support internal and external compliance initiatives including audit readiness activities, audit requests, documentation collection and review, and other tasks associated with improving the company's risk and security posture.
Perform ongoing support of SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit attestations with the overarching goal of achieving an unqualifies SOC 1 and SOC 2 report on an annual basis.
Assist in the activities that support the organization's third-party risk management program including conducting risk assessments of vendors, identifying key risk areas, and ensuring adequate levels of controls are in place to address those risks.
Coordinate the completion, tracking, and documenting of the third-party checklist, risk questionnaire and other supporting documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in enterprise risk management, audit, finance, or security is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
