Job Summary
Enterprise Technical Presale serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and supports the sales team in driving revenue growth through consultative solution selling. The role is responsible for understanding customer business challenges, translating requirements into end-to-end connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle.
Solutions include MPLS VPN, Internet & DIA, SD-WAN/SASE, DWDM/DCI, Managed WiFi, Private 4G/5G, Cloud Connectivity, Network Security Services, and Hybrid WAN Solutions.
Job Description
1. Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Engage customers to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, IT Directors, and Network Managers.
2. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end connectivity solutions.
- Develop HLD/LLD, technical proposals, solution diagrams, and BOMs.
- Ensure technical, commercial, and operational feasibility.
3. Sales Support & Bid Management
- Support Account Managers throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses and tender submissions.
- Deliver customer presentations, demos, and PoCs.
4. Vendor & Partner Management
- Work with technology vendors and strategic partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and optimize solution costs.
5. Project Handover & Service Assurance
- Support transition to delivery and operations teams.
- Participate in solution reviews and major escalations.
6. Technical Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Drive knowledge sharing and service innovation.
