•Work Hours:Part-time with flexible working hours
•Profile:Currently enrolled bachelor's student in any business or engineering field
•Salary:The gross salary for interns ranges from8,500mxnto8,500mxnto17,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
•Duration:12-18 months
•Qualifications:Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2028. English Advanced.
•Start Date: As soon as possible

•About the role:
As an intern, you will work closely with our LA E&I network leaders to implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization. This is your chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in HR and business partnership.

•Some of your tasks will be:

• Collaborate with E&I leaders to align strategies with business goals.

• Track and analyze E&I progress to identify improvement areas.

• Organize regional and global E&I events and manage logistics.

• Create a social media calendar to promote P&G as an inclusive employer.

• Support as an HR Business Partner for a business function, providing assistance on organizational topics and HR initiatives.

Job Qualifications

•Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience with social media management tools or content calendars

• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  

•Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
  

•Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience or coursework related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
