We are seeking a Sr. Software Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team supporting our ERP software Implementation in the US. This individual will play a pivotal role in implementation and deploying oursoftware solutions in our Agriculture, Oil & Gas, and Retail domain groups.
This position offers a defined career path with the opportunity to advance to a Project Manager and Director role.
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. Guide our clients to understand iRely implementation requirements and align expectations. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.
